20 NaturaLip™ units, 40 sachet doses, 20 retail bags, 1 partner handbook and 1 stone display stand. The stand is a one-off — it is not included in reorders unless you ask.

How the complimentary doses work in the treatment room
No. Forty come with the kit, and you can add one more pack — 40 doses — free with every kit you order. They are not sold, and they are not counted against your order minimum.
Yes, and that is what they are for. Apply one at the close of every lip appointment whether or not the patient takes a unit home. The sachet costs you nothing, and it is the only way a patient learns what the balm feels like on fresh work.
A sachet is a single-use 0.5mL professional dose for in-chair application at the end of a filler appointment. A unit is the full-size retail balm the patient takes home in one of the bags.
Ordering & Payment
Placing an order, paying for it and putting it right
Orders are payable in full at the time you place them, by credit card or ACH. Net terms are considered case by case once there is ordering history on the account.
Contact us within 7 business days of receipt with photos and a short description. For a verified manufacturing defect our primary remedy is replacement of the affected units; anything else we look at individually.
Orders are generally final once placed. If your practice circumstances change, contact us — we review these individually and aim for a resolution that is fair on both sides.

Where you can sell it, at what price, and who can order
Yes, for the publicly listed standalone price. Bundles, service packages and promotions built around treatments are left to your judgement — the MSRP commitment covers the standalone retail listing.
In your practice and on your own website. Not through Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Target.com, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop or any other third-party marketplace, and not through mass or chain retail.
