Step 01
Snap the sachet.
Take one NaturaLip® First Dose sachet. Snap it in half between your fingers and express the contents onto a gloved fingertip or applicator.
Do this where she can see and hear it. The snap is audible and unmistakably clinical — it registers as a procedure step, not a retail moment. She has never had an injector do this before.
Step 02
Apply to the lips.
Apply across the upper and lower lip in a single unbroken pass. Cover the full lip, corner to corner.
She is holding the mirror. She watches her lips go from just treated to cared for in real time, with you still in the room. That visual transition is the moment the appointment stops feeling like a procedure and starts feeling complete.
Step 03
Work it in. Then ask the question.
Using light pressure, work the balm in with small circular motions. As you do it, tell her what she is feeling:
“You're going to feel that go to work right away. It's cushioning the lips and holding moisture in, so they stay comfortable and look smooth over the next few days while they're at their most sensitive.”
Then pause and ask:
“Do you feel that?”
