What does the Trial Kit cost?

Nothing. The Trial Kit and its shipping are free for approved practices, and there is no commitment to order.

Who qualifies?

Licensed aesthetic practices in the US — medical spas, dermatology, plastic surgery and aesthetics clinics — applying through a licensed provider or an authorised representative.

How long does approval take?

We review every application by hand and reply within one business day.

How do partner terms unlock?

Use a trial dose in-chair and log it from your phone. One logged application opens partner terms for your practice.

The Partner Kit

What is in the Partner Kit?

20 NaturaLip® units, 40 sachet doses, 20 retail bags, 1 practice handbook and 1 stone display stand. The stand is a one-off — it is not included in reorders unless you ask.

What does it cost, and what does it return?

Your partner rate is shown once you are signed in to an approved partner account — partner pricing is confidential to each practice. At the $59 MSRP, one kit of 20 units retails for $1,180.

What is the minimum order?

Twenty units, which is one Partner Kit. There is no smaller quantity.

Do I pay for the sachets?

No. Forty come with the kit, and you can add one more pack — 40 doses — free with every kit you order. They are not sold, and they are not counted against your order minimum.

Ordering & selling

When do I pay?

Orders are payable in full at the time you place them, by credit card or ACH. Net terms are considered case by case once there is ordering history on the account.

What if a shipment arrives damaged or short?

Contact us within 7 business days of receipt with photos and a short description. For a verified manufacturing defect our primary remedy is replacement of the affected units; anything else we look at individually.

Do I have to list it at $59?

Yes, for the publicly listed standalone price. Bundles, service packages and promotions built around treatments are left to your judgement — the MSRP commitment covers the standalone retail listing.

Where am I allowed to sell it?

In your practice and on your own website. Not through Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Target.com, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop or any other third-party marketplace, and not through mass or chain retail.
